Born in a small town in Punjab, Nitin grew up at a boarding school in the hills and then left for the US to pursue higher education. He earned a Masters degree in Computer Science from The George Washington University, and joined one of the fastest growing technology consulting firms in DC during the second year of his Masters program. Over the following decade, Nitin built a solid career in technology. He spent several years working with the US government, and then at the World Bank. Nitin developed high-tech solutions to complex issues in education, labor and development. He led cross-functional teams with his technical expertise in enterprise architecture , big data and artificial intelligence.

Nirbhed Foundation N.G.O with its Vision- Equality for All - Along with providing necessities to the underprivileged, mainly work in the field of imparting elementary education & above, Food, Skill training and Medical facilities to the underprivileged . He has also changed the life of many children and their families above by providing them respected source of income along with studying rather than doing Rag picking labour work etc. In such a short span of time, Nirbhed Foundation has opened its centres in various cities such as inUttar Pradesh - Ghaziabad (6 centres), Meerut, Muzzafarnagar, Noida extension, Village Jaiprakash Nagar and Kharanti, Gaya, Bihar. Also in Rajasthan.
